Learn how to be more confident on your bike and how to ride to school safely!August 19 from 6-8pm for 3rd-6th graders

These are free events but you must register at least two days prior to the event. Call or email Becky at (540) 564-7388 or rsjohnst@sentara.com with your name, phone number, your child’s name and age. Clinics are taught by League of American Bicyclist Certified Instructors.
Activities will include:
1. Helmet Check and Bike Check
2. Skill practice: starting/stopping, scanning, signaling, “ready position” and “rock dodge”
3. Rules of the road instruction
4. Group ride to JMU (Aug 19) and THMS (Aug 23)
