12/19: Soupfest Fundraiser for Bicycles for Refugees

What: Soupfest is an annual fundraiser and soup-making competition. This year’s Soupfest supports SVBC’s program: Bicycles for Refugees.

Cost: $10 entry at the door

When: December 19th 11:30AM-2:00AM

In a Pro’s vs. Joe’s face-off, Kline May’s at-home chefs will battle the pros from Dave’s Taverna (Under New Ownership) and Greens & Grains Cafe for the title of Best Crab Soup and Best Vegetable Soup.

There will also be other soups to sample, including tomato and gouda bisque, chicken and black bean chili, cheeseburger soup, and more. Eat from the light buffet and try some delicious, homemade desserts as well. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. Water, tea, and coffee will be provided.
