Lookout Mountain – SVBC begins trail realignment today with Trail Dynamics

Thanks to IMBA and USFS for all their help.

It’s going to be sooooo amazing to have a trail on the west side of Lookout Mountain (pictured below). The views up into the North River Watershed and into one of the largest roadless areas on the east coast are breathtaking. The natural terrain is INCREDIBLE- rock cliffs, huge school bus size slabs with great black bear and rattlesnake habitat.
